Cancellation Policy

Cancellations…Should you choose to cancel your event; the Hold Date fee is non-refundable. In the unfortunate situation that the event cancels the renter agrees and understands that the facility has been turned down to other prospective renters that were turned away. The balance must be paid 14 days prior to your event. No entry allowed if balance is not paid in full. NO EXCEPTIONS.
