Rental Policies & Procedure

  • Rental hours are between 9am-12am depending upon availability.

  • For every 15 minutes the facility is occupied by a rental group outside of contracted hours, the renter will be charged based on the hourly rate of $200.

  • Rental hours must include time for delivery of supplies, setup, teardown, cleaning and exit of all guests.

DECOR THAT REQUIRES TAPE, NAILS, STAPLES, GLUE

  • All decorations including Helium or latex balloons must be removed from the facility at the conclusion of the event

  • All tables, chairs, and floors must be cleaned thoroughly of trash, debris and dirt. Boxes and balloons must be removed.

  • KRUSH EVENT LLC is not responsible for accident, injury, or loss of property inside the facility or in the parking lot. PARK AT YOUR OWN RISK

  • Lost and found items are no longer held due to lack of space

  • A 100% damage deposit is due at time of submitting the signed Facility Use Application and signed Policies and Procedures is required to book reservations and reserve date

  • Reservations accepted on a first paid/first serve basis. We cannot hold dates without full deposit

  • Reservations accepted no more than 1 year in advance

  • Applicants having a birthday party MUST be 25 years of age and be present during entire event

  • Applicants assume full responsibility for their party and guests in case of damage, theft, or  disturbances during the event. It is your responsibility to evaluate and monitor your guests in order to maintain control fo your functions at all times

  • The use of the kitchen is included in the hall rental. However it cannot be used for cooking purposes. Food, drinks and other leftovers must be removed from the kitchen/hall at the end of the event

  • The Krush Events facility is ADA accessible

DEPOSIT FEES

  • 100% Hold FEE is dues at time of submitting application

  • Refunds are contingent upon the condition of the building following the event

  • Rentals forfeit all deposits if a disturbance of the peace is determined

  • Any group misrepresenting their event as something other than what it is ; in effort to by pass the above the rule will forfeit their entire event and will be cancelled forfeiting all monies paid as a penalty.

  • Payment methods accepted are: Cash, Cashiers Check, Money Order, Paypal

Rental Fees

  • Rental fees must be paid in full Fourteen (14) days prior to the event

  • Bookings made less than 14 days prior must pay ALL FEES in full at the time of booking

  • Any third party rental items or personal items will be the renters responsibility. Any modifications you want made after we have set the space will be left to you and your party.

  • BOUNCE HOUSES upon approval must be rented from an accredited company and require a proper $1,000,000 insurance policy which must be emailed to krushlinen2011@gmail.com 30 days before event date.

Cancellation/Change Date Policy

  • NO REFUNDS ON DEPOSITS

  • In the unfortunate situation that an event cancels, the renter agrees and understands that the facility has been turned down to other prospective renters. If the balance is not paid when due this may considered a cancellation and all monies paid so far subject to forfeit.

  • Hold Date Fees, hall rental fees, and equipment rental fees are non-transferable and non-refundable.

  • Payment of the invoice means you agree to the terms of the rental contract and policies set forth on www.krushdetroit.com. Sorry no refunds. In the unfortunate situation that an event cancels, the renter agrees and understands that the facitly has been turned down to other prospective renters. If there's a cancellation you will be given a creidt if you cancel 45 days prior to your event. All hall rental fees, equipment rental fees are non transferable and nonrefundable within 45 days of of your event. All fees are non refundable.
