I agree to the Terms & Conditions: Should you choose to cancel your event; the Hold Date fee is non-refundable. In the unfortunate situation that the event cancels the renter agrees and understands that the facility has been turned down to other prospective renters that were turned away.

I agree to the Terms & Conditions: The balance must be paid 14 days prior to your event. No entry allowed if balance is not paid in full. NO EXCEPTIONS. Date Changes require a new Hold Date fee (even in if Early Labor/Death in family/Sick/Car Issues/Lack of Funds, etc. o I agree to the Terms & Conditions: Absolutely NO SMOKING inside the building. Management has the right to cancel the agreement if there’s smoking. Renter will remove all trash from tables and floors at end of event. Gather all garbage including in restrooms and take to the dumpster. Staff will turn on lights, begin breaking down tables and unplugging equipment 30 minutes prior to end of event. We do not allow decor to be attached to the walls. Backdrops must have a backdrop stand. We do not allow decor to be hung from chandeliers.

We do not allow cigarette, marijuana or hookah smoking on the premises.

We do not allow fresh flower petals on the floor due to staining.

I agree to the Terms & Conditions: No admissions fees or money are to be collected at the door for events; management has the right to cancel.. This is not a CABARET hall. NO admission fees or money are to be collected at the door. If it is found you are accepting monies for entry your event will be cancelled and everyone must vacate the premises.

I agree to the Terms & Conditions: Renter will assure all consultants, representatives, caterers, contractors, and/or other involved parties to the event are made aware of the guidelines and rules set forth in this Contract including knowledge of the access time you paid for. The signer of this contract has read and agrees to the facility rules and policies set forth on www.krushdetroit.com.

I agree to the Terms & Conditions: Hall furniture ie. Chairs, Tables, and Equipment must remain inside at all times. The renter agrees to immediately pay for any damages occurred during access to the facility. NO tape, nails, staples, glitter, sand or confetti allowed or applied to walls, tables, or floors. $350 cleanup fee applied. You hereby AGREE and understand to the access time you stated above and that any additional setup time needed is $150 per hour.

I agree to the Terms & Conditions: There is a possibility of power outages during rental events. The Hall is not responsible or liable for power outages.

I agree to the Terms & Conditions: Renter assumes all risk of loss, damage or injury to persons or property. Krush Event, LLC is thus released from all claims for such loss, damage or injury sustained while using the facility. All users of Krush Events property/facilities assume the responsibility to leave said property in its original state. I agree to allow the Krush Event LLC to use my family and myself in any photo, audio, and/or videotape for any publicity used by Krush Events Rental Hall o I understand the nature of the rental and rules listed for which I am registering and have read and fully understand this Waiver, Release of All Claims and Hold Harmless Agreement listed here. I also Agree to the policy and terms of the Krush Event, LLC as listed on their website, www.krushdetroit.com. I have read, fully understand, and agree to abide by the rules, regulations, and restrictions governing the use of these facilities as listed on this form and agree to be responsible for any damages.
